Northern Star Council Cub Camping
Northern Star Council is the premier Cub Scout Council in delivering the outdoor program to youth ages 5 - 11 for the purpose of developing self-confidence, leadership, citizenship as well as an understanding and appreciation of the outdoors. The Northern Star Council offers both staffed and pack led programs at eight camp properties encompassing over 10,000 acres in Minnesota and Wisconsin.

Summer Time Camping
The Northern Star Council delivers nationally recognized, staffed summer programs at four of our flagship camps: Phillippo Scout Reservation, Kiwanis Scout Camp, Stearns Scout Camp and Tomahawk Scout Reservation.
Fall Camping
Cub Camp Blast Off is a fall day camp offered at several locations throughout the Council. Cubs experience all that fall has to offer as they are guided by our experienced staff. This activity is great for new Cubs who join in the summer or fall.
Winter Camping
Winter activities are some of the most popular activities our council has to offer. Polar Cubs is a winter day camp offered at Phillippo Scout Reservation, Rum River Scout Camp and Stearns Scout Camp. Cubs experience all that winter has to offer as they are guided by our experienced staff.
