Tell Your Friends: Give the Gift of Scouting! - Monday, December 15, 2014

Holiday Greetings,

You may know that our family is active in Scouting. We’ve seen its positive influence and would like you to consider giving the gift of Scouting to your son.

As this 30-second video shows, Scouting helps build a foundation to help take boys anywhere they want – maybe even to space!

You can register online today! Simply visit one of our joining websites to find and sign up for a local group:
RocketIntoScouting.org for boys in grades K – 5

AdventureIsCalling.org for boys in grades 6 and up

You can register and pay right online and then print the receipt to put in a gift envelope.

The volunteer leaders of your Scouting group will contact you to invite you to the next meeting and answer any questions.

Now is the time to start your son on his own Scouting adventure!

* It is recommended that those interested in the LDS session view one of the role-specific sessions first.

Although the content will be geared to the roles listed, anyone with an interest in learning about the new Cub Scouting program is welcome to attend. The sessions will be recorded for later viewing. It's easy to attend! Just navigate your Internet browser to http://www.livestream.com/bsanationalcouncil and you are ready to view the webcast!

As always, for more information on the new Cub Scouting program, please go to www.scouting.org/programupdates. Help spread the word about the webcasts to ensure others are ready for the new Cub Scouting program!
